Prince Norodom Sihanouk suggested today that if us agreed to a situation of the Cambodian problem, it should communicate this fact through president Moktar Ould Daddah at Mauritania. He also said he was ''Convinced'' That would resume the delivery of arms and ammunition to forces within Cambodia as soon as the question of shipment through north Vietnam ''Has been resolved,''.
