According to the confession of Nhoek, Cheng, cadre of handicraft section, Cheung Ko village, Veal Rinh sub-district, was built up by Nhoek and Chen to serve as a traitorous force who was responsible for providing foodstuffs for guerrillas and preparing himself to struggle against the revolution.
