The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier at division 502, confessed that in 1976 Nhoel, soldier of company 13, division 502, conspired with Phat burnt down houses at around the Cambodian commerce at Pochentong. They were assigned to kill cadre by secretly shooting, to build up forces and to plant mine at Pochentong in order to kill foreign visitors.
ចម្លើយ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ ថា ញុិល យុទ្ធជនកងអនុសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល៥០២។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ញុិល រួមជាមួយផាត ដុតផ្ទះឆេះអស់ជាច្រើនខ្នង ម្ដុំកម្ពុជាពាណិជ្ជ ពោធិចិនតុង និងទទួលផែនការពី វៃ លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល ប្រមូល កម្លាំងក្បត់ លួចដាក់មីននៅពោធិចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។
