When Stuart and i called Boon ( Acting foreign Ministers) today he told us that Thai Charge d' Affaires in Phnom Penh had just received a note from Cambodia Government expressing opposition to inviting United Nations investigators to the area but suggesting that consultations might be held between the Thais and Cambodians at administrative level.
