I asked M Thanat Khoman has views about the Situation in Cambodia. He recalled that the Thai Government had invited the government of Cambodia to send observers into Thailand to see for themselves that there was no evidence whatever of Thai Support for Cambodia dissident. This had been turned down by Prince Sihanouk with ridicule and on quite unreasonable grounds.
