The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, confessed that he knew the activities of Hoeun, chief of group 7, division 502. In 1975, Hoeun received the plot from Oeun to build up traitorous forces, to collect weapons and ammunitions, to destroy materials, to plant mine at Pochentong in order to kill foreign visitors, to defame the party and to burn down rice and rice warehouse of division 502.
ចម្លើយ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងឈ្មោះ ហឿន មេក្រុម ៧ កងពល ៥០២។ បានទទួល ផែនការពីអឿន នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ អោយអប់រំប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ ប្រមូលអាវុធគ្រាប់រំសេវទុក បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ ដាក់មីននៅពោធិចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស និយាយបង្ខូចបក្ស លួចដុតស្រូវ និងឃ្លាំង អង្ករកងពល ៥០២។
