I gave some account of Minister's view as expressed at S.E.A.T.O council on desirability of development community of Nations in South East Asia and this led to the subject of outstanding difference between countries in the areas. Sarit said that Thailand had tried to be friendly with Cambodians but Sihanouk had made it very difficult.
