Summary / Abstract :

The Thai reply to the Cambodian note reached Phnom Penh on Saturday 13th August. From various sources, the note make three points: (1) the talk should be at the government level, (2) They should take place in Bangkok or New York, (3) The United Nations "Moderator " should be associated with them in some from though this does not necessarily mean They should be under United Nation Chairmanship.
