Summary / Abstract :

The prospect of a conciliatory Thai response to the Cambodian proposal for discussions regarding "free Khmer"activities has been somewhat soured by the continuance of attacks on Thailand by Sihanouk and the Cambodian press. Our impression is that there is still strong suspicion with the Thai cabinet as to Sihanouk's real motives.
