The confession of Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier at P-98, confessed that he knew the activities of Vin, chief of X-ray and Ecology group at P-98. In September 1976, Rin received plot from Mom, chief of surgery section, to kill cadre and forces, to steal medical material and to provoke conflict in unit P-98.
ចម្លើយ ផ្លុង នាត ហៅ ធី យុទ្ធជន ព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ វីន ប្រធានក្រុម ថត និង ឆ្លុះ ព-៩៨ ថា នៅខែ ៩-១៩៧៦ វីន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីម៉ុម ប្រធានវះកាត់ អោយសម្លាប់ កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន លួចសម្ភារៈ និង អោយបង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងអង្គភាព ព-៩៨។
