Chairman Lio Shao- Chi of the people's Republic of China and Prince Norodom Sihanouk, Head of state of Cambodia, Signed a China/ Cambodia Joint communique in Peking on 5th October. During Prime Sihanouk's visit to China, Chairman Liu Shao- Chi, Premier Chou En-Lai and Prince Sihanouk held talks on the current international situation, in Indo-China and the further developing the relations of China and Cambodia.
