On instruction from my Government and further to my letter No.7896 of 23 September 1969 (S/1954), I have the honor to inform you of the following for the information of the member of the security council: on 27 August 1969, at about 5.30 pm member of the united States -South Vietnamese armed forces from the Trapping Robang post fired ten artillery shells with fell inside Cambodian territory.
