Summary / Abstract :

In the letter, the Minister gave his Government's Explanation of the bombing and machine- gunning of the Cambodia village of the Anlong Kres (Anlong Chres) by the United states- South Vietnamese Air Force. This Unaccountable version was rejected in a note from the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Royal Government of Cambodia dated 3 December 1964, the essential points of which are produced below.
