Summary / Abstract :

The session is devoted to solving problem concerning the improvement of the people's living standards and the development of national economy, The problem to be solve are addressed as following .Palm sugars, rice, the value of Khmer currency, and the trade with Vietnam, the Prince said at the present Cambodia, must adopt the socialist road and gradually delineate liberal trade practices . He pointed out that south Vietnam who was once a rice exporter, have made their county an importer as they have received much money from US Cambodia had also been ready to sell rice to Vietcong Prince Sihanouk and his collaborators have agreed to make a profit from the war situation in its neighboring countries.
