Summary / Abstract :

The meeting between Prince Sihanouk and his collaborators is to discuss and solve problem concerning the improvement of the people's living standards and teh development of national economy . The Problems are addressed as following: Palm Sugar rice cattle, pig, the value of Khmer currency, and the trade with Vietnam , The Prince one states that at teh present Cambodia must adopt the socialist road and gradually eliminate liberal trade practices out that south Vietnam have made their country an importer as they have received much money from US. Cambodia has also been ready to sell rice to Vietcong Prince and his collaborators have agreed to make a profit for Cambodia from it war situation in its neighboring countries . additionally, Prince Sihanouk also mentions the expense from the people for his birthday which should of the Palace have been reserved for the benefit of the country . A construction in the Sihanoukville has been given up due to lack of fund, the construction of restaurant, casinos , and theater have been proposed,..
