Foreign Minster Prince was Waithayakorn disappointed and showing signs of bitterness, yesterday told the reports after ending negotiations with Cambodia, “ The talks have failed” He revealed that the negotiators, unable to reach agreement on the central issue of ownership of the Khao Phra Viharn. Mr. Son Sann issued his communique yesterday claiming legal ownership and threaten to carry the claim to the International court of justice.
