The negotiations between Thailand and Cambodia on frontier questions and more particular on the ownership of Phra Viharn, began in Bangkok on August 18th. The two delegations led respectively by H. R.H Prince Waithayakorn, Minister of foreign Affairs of Thailand, and His excellency Son Sann, Minister of foreign Affairs of Cambodia Their talks are difficult become they cannot fail awaken national susceptibilities.
