There is illicit trade carried out across Vietnam border by Chinese merchants to local population or Vietcong and there is also report that Vietcong are purchasing Pharm ecutical, in Cambodia with government's cognizance . Also, there is also a concern of the fact that Cambodia and South Vietnam are interdependent
