It always give me great pleasure to receive a personal communication from your Royal Highness and I only regret that the reason for your letter of August 20 was to express your worry over the security of Cambodia. It is a matter of deep concern to me and my government when any country, especially one with which we have close friendly relations such as we have Cambodia feels if self-threatened by external forces.
