The confession of Min Soeun aka Doeun, chief of state fishing unit, confessed that Pav, farmer at Prek Sala village. Pav was a spy of Chea Bun Seng. Pav carried out plot to convince soldier to flee from their line and to mix up poison with rice and put it in palm-leave-packed in order to kill cadre.
