Sihanouk turned down a request for an audience by Mrs Nguyen Thi Binh before his departure to Moscow He did recieve the north Vietnamese delegate-General Mai Van Bo a day or so before the sacking of the communists embassiers in PhnomPenh but was annoyed when Bo was not acurare of the presence of north Vietnamese troops in Cambodia.
