The areas with which being concerned are those in which there is a direct communists Vietnamese presence in the from of VC/NVA regular forces, that is ,the whole of the border area between Cambodia and south Vietnam, adn in additional certain areas of Khmer Loeu activities in the north east of the country . Their bases are normally within 20 Kilometere of the teh south Vietnam border in the following areas.
