On 19th June, Cambodia had granted de Jure recognition of the democratic relations between Cambodia and the D.R.V, declared that the National Liberation Front was the ''Sole and genuine representative of the south Vietnamese people''; And invited the National Liberation Front to accredit a permanent representative to Phnom Penh who would be ''Entitled to the rights and privileges accorded to Ambassador of friendly countries.
