Summary / Abstract :
|
About the middle of the month Viet Cong elements surprised South Vietnam prison camp in North and released some 90 old Vietminh prisoner. These got away to Cambodia and have since been interned to Bokeo in Stung Treng Province. An armed Vietnamese force has followed them, either the Regular R.V.N Infantry or the Viet Cong force which sprang the prisoners.
