Bangkok, Thailand, Monday , June 15 -King Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodian who has been demanding complete independence for his country within French Union , arrived here in voluntary exile last night after suddenly crossing the Cambodia -Thailand border about thirty of his followers and asking permission of Thai frontier guards to protect to Bangkok.
