Un Say aka Sam, group chief of Kampong Som power plant, confessed that in July 1976, he conspire with Hang to carry out traitorous activities. Un Say aka Sam indoctrinated Hang to betray the revolution. Hang carried out anti-revolutionary act by draining oil from barrel and persuading worker to go against the revolution.
ចម្លើយ អ៊ុន សាយ ហៅ សំ មេក្រុមម៉ាស៊ីនភ្លើងកំពង់សោម ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងឈ្មោះ ហង់ ថាៈ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពរួមគ្នានៅ ខែ៧-១៩៧៦ អ៊ុន សាយ ហៅ សំ បានឃោសនាអូសទាញ ហង់ អោយក្បត់។ ហង់បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លិចបំផ្លញបដិវត្ដន៍។ បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពបង្ហូរបេ្រងអស់ពីធុង និងបានបំផុសកម្មករឱយប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដន៍ជាប់ជានិច្ច។
