Khmer Rouge took one Cambodia in 17/4/1975. They evacuated people and monks from city such as Phnom Penh and Battambang. Monks from the city had to stay in watts in countryside and the Khmer Rouge ordered the people not to offer food for monks. So some monks chose to disrobe..
