ចម្លើយ ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន លើកទី១ យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរចាត់ការ ថាមពលរដ្ឋ។ អំពីសកម្មភាពនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ចូល សេអ៊ីអា អ្នកនាំ ចូល ស៊ុយ តាមរយៈ ជីវ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ បានចូលបដិវត្ដ ស៊ុយ គណៈស្រុកជើងព្រៃ បានកំទេចស្ពាន ៤ដង, ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ស៊ុយ ចាត់ តាំង ឈុន ឱ្យមកនៅជាមួយ សែ ជាខ្សែររយៈ ឃួន ហើយ ខ្សែនេះ មាន៖ សុត, សាន, ចន និង ប៉េង។
