The confession of Ses Soeun, working at productive cell of region 15, implicated Chen, cooperative chief of Tum Nup village, Chann Sen sub-district. When Chen was getting furious with the Angkar, Soeun persuaded him to carry out traitorous act like distributing leaflets and convincing people to provoke problem in the cooperative.
ចម្លើយ សេស សឿន នៅកងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ ឆ្លើយពី ចេន ប្រធានសហករណ៍ភូមិទំនប់ ឃុំចាន់សែន ថាៈ ចេន ទំនាស់ នឹង អង្គការ ចេះតែនិយាយមិនពិតប្រាកដ ឃើញដូចនេះ សឿន ក៏អូសទាញអោយរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ ដោយអោយបាចត្រាក់ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនអោយទំនាស់នឺងសហករណ៍។
