The confession of Seng Soeun, working at productive cell, region 15, implicated Keo Sath, former secretary of Lvea sub-district. Keo Sat got furious with the Angkar over his position was kicked out from the sub-district chief to do farm at Chamkar Leu district, while Soeun indoctrinated Sat to join the traitorous activities.
