Deciding of the party in Tram Kak arrested Thang, first lieutenant, Sao, Captain, and Nay, Caporal, all of them implicated in confession's Kean Koem. Bat Thang and Sao arrested before deciding of Angkar to comrade brother, only Nay was send by district soldier and spy to brother, please brother receive them by decision of the party.
