The confession of Patt Sokh San, working in Chakk Angre metal warehouse, confessed that Ros Seng, chief of Chakk Angre metal warehouse. Seng was a CIA force of colonel Vann Tha Seng was assigned to hide himself and spy on the liberated region located in Krauch Chhmar district. In June 1976, Ros Seng managed a meeting at metal warehouse and set up plot to destroy warehouse, to burn down houses and saw-milk factory, and to secretly cut the electricity off.
ចម្លើយ ប៉ាត់ សុខសាន នៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ ឆ្លើយពី រស់ សេង ប្រធានឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ ថាៈ ជាសេអ៊ីអា របស់សកិ្ដ ៥ វ៉ាន់ថា មកបង្កប់សេុីបការនៅក្នុងតំបន់រំដោះ ស្រុកក្រូចឆ្មា។ នៅខែ ៦-១៩៧៦ រស់ សេង ដាក់ផែនការប្រជុំបក្សពួកនៅឃ្លាំងដែក អោយបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈឃ្លាំង ដុតផ្ទះ ដុតរោងអារឈើ និង លួចផ្ដាច់ចរន្ដអគ្គិសនី។
