The confession of Patt Sokh San, working at Chakk Ang Re metal warehouse, confessed that Roath Vannak, soldier of Chakk Ang Re metal warehouse. Rorth Vannak was CIA force of captain Ros Seng and former was a soldier of division 170. In June 1976, Hao Muy Chea received the plots from Ros Seng to destroy materials, burn down saw-milk factory and secretly cut the electricity off.
ចម្លើយ ប៉ាត់ សុខសាន នៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ ឆ្លើយពី រដ្ឋ វណ្ណៈ ថាៈ ជាយុទ្ធជននៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ អតីតយោធាកងពល ១៧០ ហើយជាសេអ៊ីអា របស់ រស់ សេង «សកិ្ដ៣»។ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦ រដ្ឋ វណ្ណៈ ទទួលផែនការពី រស់ សេង អោយបំផ្លាញឃ្លាំង សម្ភារៈ ដុតរោងចក្រ និងផ្ដាច់ខ្សែភ្លើង។
