Ngieng Thisang, female Vietnamese spy, confessed that on April 15, 1978 she took main plan to fight to get the Kampuchea in April; the main target was to investigate the Kampuchea's circumstances in advance, and to verify soldiers' situation and weapon. On April 9, 1978 Thisang was arrested in Peam Chor district, Prey Veng province.
ចារនារីយួនឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង ធីសាង បានសារភាពថា នៅថ្ងៃ ១៥-៤-១៩៧៨ ខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការធំវាយយកកម្ពុជានៅខែ៤ ហើយ ទិសដៅនៃការងារគឺ ក្ដាប់សភាពការណ៍នៅកម្ពុជា ឱ្យបានមួយចំនួនសិន ពិនិត្យសភាពការណ៍ទ័ព និងអាវុធ។ ធីសាង ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី៩-៤-១៩៧៨ នៅស្រុកពាមជរ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។
