Arm for Cambodia : Mr Tep Phan said that he was reasonably satisfied with the outcome of the conference so far as Cambodia was concerned. He was pleased to have been able to secure a drafting of the Cambodian declaration on military alliances, foreign aid in war material and so on , which left the Cambodian government as the judge of what level of arnuments and armed forces were necessary for it national defence.
