The confession of Saing Moeun, worker of textile T-2, confessed that Koch, worker of textile T-2, was Free Khmer under the leadership of Bech Bophal, commander of Special Zone, and had the responsibility to investigate the Khmer Rouge. In July 1975, Koch received Tiv Chhiv Ky's plots to destroy weaving machine of T-2.
តាមចម្លើយរបស់សាំង មឿន កម្មករតម្បាញត-២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ កុចកម្មករតម្បាញត-២ថាៈ ជាខ្មែរសេរីរបស់ប៊ិច បូផលមេបញ្ជាការ ភូមិភាគពិសេស ហើយមានភារកិច្ចតាមដានខ្មែរក្រហម។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ កុច ទទួលផែនការពីទីវ ឈីវគីឱ្យបំផ្លាញ ម៉ាស៊ីនតម្បាញត-២។
