Ping Thea, 35 years old, closely contacted Pech Ban, Um Chann Dara and Hum Kim Oeun and joined the Party of Socialist Republic. Ping Thea joined the C.I.A in 1973. After the liberation dat, Tha conducted C.I.A activities within Mao Sophany network, Um Chamreun and Kang Kem.
ប៉ឹង ធា អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ បានទាក់ទងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយពេជ បាន, អ៊ុម ចាន់ដារ៉ា និង ហ៊ុម គឹមអឿន ហើយចូលគណបក្សសង្គម សាធារណៈរដ្ឋ។ ប៉ឹង ធា ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ធា ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអានៅក្នុងក្រុម ម៉ៅ សុផានី, អ៊ុម ចំរើន និង កង កែម។
