Poul Toeun aka Chaing reported to the Angkar his traitorous activities since 1949 until 1977 while the Angkar had arrested him. Poul Toeun was born in Taing Choek village, Pneay sub-district, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. Toeun had higher education, and he was a professor. In 1963, he joined the revolution.
ពូល ទឿន ហៅ ចាំង បានរាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គការអំពីប្រវត្ដិផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងសកម្មភាពក្បត់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៤៩ រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ ត្រូវ អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនបាន។ ពូល ទឿន មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិតាំងចឹក ឃុំព្នាយ ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ទឿន រៀនសូត្របាន ជ្រៅជ្រះ រហូតក្លាយជាសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ និងបានចូលបដិវត្ដនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៣។
