Suong Chan, member of battalion 73 at Phsar Chas state warehouse, confessed that Rang indoctrinated Ty, combatant of Phsar Chas state warehouse, to betray the party. Rang assigned Ty addionally to get indoctrination from Chan, and to conduct an activity against the party.
