Kan Keo married to Chik Khem in 1979. He has 10 children, five daughters and five sons. His father name's called Kan but died because of sickness in 1973. His mother's name called Seng. Keo has 4 siblings. In 1977, Keo got injured while working which caused him a broken leg. He would like the younger generation know more what happened during the Khmer Rouge period.
កាន កែវ រៀបការ ជាមួយ ចិក ខែមនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩។ គាត់មានកូនចំនួន១០នាក់ ស្រី៥នាក់ ប្រុស៥នាក់។ ឪពុករបស់កែវ ឈ្មោះ កាន ប៉ុនែ្ដគាត់ស្លាប់ដោយសារជំងឺនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ម្ដាយរបស់កែវឈ្មោះ សេង។ កែវមានបងប្អូន៤នាក់។ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ កែវរងគ្រោះថ្នាក់បាក់ជើងដោយសារធើ្វគារងារ។ គាត់ចង់អោយកេ្មងៗជំនាន់ក្រោយបានដឹងពីរឿងសម័យខែ្មរក្រហមអោយបានច្រើន។
