Say Sarin, C.I.A member hiding textile factory T-4, confessed that in 1974, woman Seng Vanny, worker of textile factory T-4, her boyfriend working as military policeman, joined the C.I.A and carried out activities in causing machine to run not well frequently, breaking down 6 shuttles, and intentionally weaving cloths in lower quality.
