The event that I have recalled during the Khmer Rouge's time is that I was arrested, tortured, and nearly taken to be killed by the Khmer Rouge because during plowing in a rice field, I was beaten into mud by the Khmer Rouge whilst I caught crabs for food. When I was sick I received medical injection by using coconut juice. Prisoners were tortured and killed by being cutting stomach and taking off gallbladders in front of villagers. My brother-in-law was killed because of being accused to rape female child. I currently has got hypertension and digestive disease.
រឿងរ៉ាវដែលខ្ញុំចងចាំនៅសម័យខ្មែរក្រហមគឺ ខ្ញុំត្រូវខ្មែរក្រហមចោទនិង វាយយ៉ាងដំណំ និងយកទៅសម្លាប់។ នៅពេលភ្ជួររាស់ បើខ្ញុំចាប់ក្ដាមយកមកទុកហូប និងត្រូវខ្មែរក្រហមវ៉ៃចូលទៅក្នុងភក់។ នៅពេលមានជំងឺ គ្រូពេទ្យប្រើទឹកដូងធ្វើជាសារ៉ូម។ អ្នកទោសត្រូវ វ៉ៃ នៅចំពោះមុខប្រជាជន និងវះយកប្រមាត់ទាំងរស់។ ប្អូនថ្លៃខ្ញុំ ត្រូវខ្មែរក្រហមយកទៅសម្លាប់ ព្រោះចោទថា ចាប់រំលោភក្មេង។ សព្វថ្ងៃខ្ញុំមានជំងឺប្រចាំកាយដូចជា លើសឈាម និងក្រពះពោះវៀន។
