Sim Vong aka Kun, soldier of white wine factory 2, confessed that Voeun, chief of production cell of white wine factory 2, turned on an air conditioner for a day and night, causing its cool-emanated instrument spoiled. In May 1976, Voeun made an air conditioner gone wrong and air pump instrument.
ស៊ឹម វ៉ុង ហៅ គុន យុទ្ធជននៅរោងចក្រស្រាស-២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ វឿន មេក្រុមផលិតស្រាស-២ថាៈ វឿន បើកម៉ូទ័រម៉ាស៊ីនត្រជាក់ មួយយប់មួយថ្ងៃធ្វើឱ្យខូចប្រដាប់បពោ្ចញខ្យល់ប្រើលែងកើត។ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ វឿន ធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ូទ័រម៉ាស៊ីនត្រជាក់មួយគ្រឿង ប្រដាប់បឺតខ្យល់ចេញចូលមួយ។
