Seun Chauv aka Chao, 49, Kampuchea Kraom, born in Khleang district, Tra Ying province, was a colonel. From 1932 to 1938, Chao studied Vietnamese in Prey Nor Kor. From that, he moved to study at grade 6 of Miss school in Phnom Penh. From 1956 to 1958, he studied in France and became a First Lieutenant. When he came back Phnom Penh, he was responsible for repairing machine in the ministry under theorder of Pheng Phann I. Chao had two wives and 7 siblings in the family.
សឺន ចូវ ហៅ ចៅ អាយុ ៤៩ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិកម្ពុជាក្រោម កើតនៅស្រុកឃ្លាំង ខេត្ដត្រាយីង ជាទាហានវរសេនីយ៍ឯក។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៣២ រៀនអក្សរយួននៅព្រៃនគរដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៣៨ រៀននៅ សាលាមីស ក្រុងភ្នំពេញថ្នាក់ទី៦។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៥៦-១៩៥៨ រៀននៅ ស្រុកបារាំង ហើយបានពាក់សក្ដិ២។ ពេលត្រឡប់មកវិញមានភារៈ ធើ្វម៉ាស៊ីននៅក្រសួងសម្ភារៈក្រោមបញ្ជារបស់ ផេង ផាន់អ៊ី។ ចៅ មានប្រពន្ធ២នាក់ និងមានបងប្អូន៧នាក់ក្នុងក្រុមគ្រួសារ។
